M-i-c-k-e-y M-o-u-s-e & Savannah.

Before April rolled around, I was able to scratch two items off my bucket list.
 Disney World.  And Savannah, GA.
But, now that I have, I am not really sure why Disney was on the list in the first place.
I put it on my list when I was a kid.  Maybe I built it up.
This kids loved it.  However.  I expected an amusement park.
It's a big variety of rides, shows, restaurants, character meet and greets, etc.
I could have saved a lot of money by going to Six Flags.
Oh, well.  It's a check off the list and the kids will remember it forever.
That, in itself, is a success.
If you are going, don't let me burst your bubble.
I did actually enjoy Animal Kingdom & Hollywood Studios.
I think your first day is basically going to be a doozy.
Use it to get yourself oriented and figure out how the parks work.
I scoffed to myself at the people who told me you need to get there when the park opens and you need a plan.  My neighbor lady actually had a book on Disney and a whole folder full of info that she borrowed me.  I thought it was overkill.  Boy, was I wrong!  Planning is a must.
 It's not like Valleyfair.  *grin*
And Savannah.  Beautiful, gorgeous Savannah.  I'm not done with it.
I actually put "Another trip to Savannah" on the list.  Sigh.  I'm in love.
I hope however you spent your spring break, you enjoyed it!

We went to Potter Park Zoo...I bet you are jealous. I think half the animals must have been at Animal Kingdom though, it was a little sparse today. I'd love to visit Savannah so if Z is over it, chalk me in. I will even talk with that sugary southern accent if you want.

Ugh, I was so close to Savannah. I couldn't get anyone else to go. I knew that they didn't know much:)

Disney World is great as a kid but as an adult-not so much.

Too bad your trip wasn't to Valleyfair, maybe I could have seen you:)

Sue- Well, if you are going to talk in a sugary accent, I'm not going with Zane! I'm going with you.

Kristy- I know, right? I'll meet you at Valleyfair some day. :)

I always dreamed of going to Disney World when I was younger. I'm sure your kids loved it and will always remember it.
I have not heard about Savannah, GA. Should I duck after I say that?

We're Valley Fair hounds, here. My kids would love to hit up every amusement park around. They are my husband's kids.
